Corrections Policy

Measured Habitat welcomes specific corrections to factual claims, citations, scope, safety qualifications, links, or public metadata.

What to include

Please identify:

  • the page and section;
  • the wording you believe is incorrect or incomplete;
  • a current source or direct evidence when available;
  • whether the issue could affect safety or a reader’s decision.

Safety-critical and materially decision-changing reports are prioritized. Submitting a report does not guarantee that the requested change is correct; the publication checks the exact scope and preserves conflicting evidence where relevant.

What happens next

A correction may result in:

  • no change when the existing wording remains supported;
  • a source or qualification update;
  • a visible correction notice;
  • a temporary hold or removal;
  • a reopened research or review process.

The public update date changes only after a meaningful accepted update.
